prizeph Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "prizeph" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at prizeph.app, including all games, services, features, and content made available thereon.
• "Player" or "you" refers to any individual who registers an account on prizeph or accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on prizeph, through which the Player accesses games and services.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player into their prizeph wallet using an accepted payment method.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by prizeph that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification — the process by which prizeph verifies a Player's identity using government-issued Philippine identification documents.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Activities" refers to the actions listed in Section 7 of these Terms & Conditions that are strictly forbidden on the prizeph platform.

To register and maintain an account on prizeph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations. prizeph strictly enforces this age requirement and will permanently close any account found to belong to an underage individual.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of prizeph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not already hold an active prizeph account. Each Player is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

prizeph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure. All accounts are subject to KYC verification before withdrawals are enabled. Accepted identification documents include SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, and driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your prizeph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify prizeph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

prizeph will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from prizeph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately. prizeph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. prizeph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and direct bank transfers to and from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts are also accepted for deposits. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Terms. Deposits are credited to your prizeph wallet in real time or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and are subject to change. prizeph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one (1) business day and funds are typically received within one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the payment channel. prizeph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be approved:

• Your account must have passed full KYC verification.
• Any active bonus funds must have met their applicable wagering requirements, or you must elect to forfeit the bonus balance before withdrawing.
• Your account must not be under investigation for suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold specified on the withdrawal page.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. prizeph complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. prizeph is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by prizeph are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rates for each game category are published on the promotions page.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. prizeph reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, colluding with other players, or exploiting technical errors.

• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• prizeph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who self-exclude or set deposit limits may have their eligibility for certain promotions restricted.

6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on prizeph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers under real-time supervision. prizeph does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

6.2 Game Rules. Each game on the prizeph platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or system error that affects the outcome of a game, prizeph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid out.

6.4 Player Conduct. Players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner at all times. In live dealer games and chat-enabled features, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Abusive, threatening, or offensive language directed at dealers, other players, or prizeph staff.
• Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech of any kind.
• Sharing personal information of other players without their consent.
• Spamming or flooding chat channels with repetitive messages.

Violations of conduct standards may result in temporary or permanent suspension of chat privileges, account suspension, or account closure at prizeph's sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the prizeph platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC verification, impersonating another person, or using a stolen identity.
• Money Laundering: Using prizeph to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Cheating Software: Using bots, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for gaming.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one prizeph account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register an account if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a minor to use your account.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable.

All content on the prizeph platform — including but not limited to the prizeph name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of prizeph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the prizeph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any prizeph content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on prizeph content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any prizeph software.
• Use prizeph's trademarks or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.

Any unauthorized use of prizeph intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action under applicable Philippine law.

prizeph takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and provides the following tools to all registered players, accessible at any time through the account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your prizeph account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set alerts or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the prizeph platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not receive any marketing communications from prizeph.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from gaming by placing your account in a cooling-off state for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

prizeph enforces the 21+ age requirement without exception and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to access the platform. prizeph reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a Player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, regardless of whether the Player has requested such restrictions.

10.1 Suspension by prizeph. prizeph reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 7.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.

10.2 Closure by Player. You may close your prizeph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

10.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, your license to use the prizeph platform is immediately revoked. You must cease all use of the platform. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 11, and 14 — shall continue to apply after account closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, prizeph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your prizeph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

prizeph shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the prizeph platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond prizeph's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, natural disasters, or acts of government.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions that have been handled in accordance with Section 6.3 of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude prizeph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

prizeph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The full details of how prizeph handles your personal information are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

By registering an account on prizeph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of prizeph services. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

prizeph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, prizeph will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the prizeph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes. 14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and prizeph, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our 24/7 live chat support.

14.3 Formal Complaints. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, you may submit a formal written complaint to prizeph at [email protected]. prizeph will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.

14.4 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the above process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
